N50 Hilux TOYOTA Grill Badge
A first-ever custom car-part print revisited and redesigned in mid-2025 into a cleaner three-piece badge (adapter, base, lettering) assembled with nutserts, screws, and glue—removing the need for supports and improving durability.
Overview
This badge started as an early custom car-part experiment and was later redesigned from scratch into a more production-friendly three-piece system: adapter, base, and lettering. The revised design uses nutserts, screws, and glue for assembly, reducing print supports and cutting production time. Swapping hand-painted lettering for solid white plastic improved long-term durability by eliminating fading and scratch-prone paint.
